Overview of Role

We are looking for an Associate, Insights to join our team. The mission of the Associate, Insights is to contribute to the delivery of clear and simple output that leads clients to a comprehensible action plan that drives success of their specific initiatives. These deliverables will be in support of PeopleMetrics brand positioning around the ‘one thing’ clients need to know and do to drive improvements in their overall customer experience. Deliverables will be created through a repeatable and reliable process that leads to efficiency and project profitability.

Must-Have Qualities for Success

  • Be an expert project manager. You must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple teams and projects at different stages.
  • Know data interpretation. You'll need the ability to understand large and complex data sets, so you can glean key themes/insights from limited data and relate them back to the client.
  • Be a problem-solver. You'll need to follow your instincts to anticipate and handle problems, and also to communicate them to clients.
  • Know how to use analytical tools.  You'll need experience with Excel and SPSS to answer business questions, and you'll use PowerPoint to share these results with teammates and executives.
  • Be able to build and strengthen relationships. Both internally and externally, you should seek ways to connect and stay connected.
  • Be a team player. You'll need the ability to be flexible and work well with clients and internal cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualities

  • Experience using customer feedback or Voice of the Customer software
  • Experience in telecommunications, financial services and banking, or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Employment engagement understanding and the connection to client/customer satisfaction and/or growth
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other creative suites
  • Content published in key industry blogs, periodicals

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, MBA desirable
  • 3-5 years work experience
  • Customer Experience/strategy work (preferred, but not required)
