We are looking for a Research Analyst (0 to 2 years experience) with a strong aptitude for web-based software applications, the ability to apply data visualization techniques to business issues and an interest in creating compelling stories out of mountains of data. Your job role and responsibilities will include: (1) Attending and participating in regularly scheduled client and internal project team meetings; (2) Programming and testing online surveys, reports and analysis tools to ensure accuracy; (3) Analyzing quantitative data (SPSS, Excel); (4) Creating PowerPoint reports and online dashboards that utilize data visualization techniques; (5) Quality checking of all client deliverables; and (6) Liaising with an internal team of software programmers.

Ideal candidates will not only be able to learn quickly and have a strong orientation towards web-based applications, but also think strategically about how best to present information to clients using PeopleMetrics proprietary software. Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel is necessary, and familiarity with SPSS is helpful as data manipulation may be required. Do you have…?
- Outstanding Excel skills, including experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
- An aptitude for learning new web-based applications
- A data analytics background and strong interest in technology
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- An understanding of basic statistical methods and familiarity with SPSS (Regression, Sig Testing)
- PowerPoint expertise
- An intellectual curiosity and passion for solving client problems in creative ways
- Excellent attention to detail and a relentless focus on quality measurement and analysis
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects at a time
- Respect for all and the ability to excel in a team-based environment
