Research Manager/Director, Pharmaceutical Practice
Job Description:
PeopleMetrics is seeking experienced market researchers (4-10 years experience) for our company’s fast-growing
pharmaceutical/biotech practice. The Research Manager/Director will own and manage a portfolio of pharmaceutical
clients. This client-facing position requires the ability to identify and communicate appropriate primary market
research methodologies to clients and project teams, including the use of advanced research techniques (e.g. regression
analysis, choice-based designs, monadic tests). The position is actively involved in and responsible for all phases
of research, from study design to final client deliverable and also shares responsibility for mentoring support
researchers.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have 4-10 years experience designing and conducting primary market research, including physician-based pharmaceutical research. Supplier-side experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree a plus.
- Ability to write actionable conclusions and recommendations based on analysis of survey data, including the ability to clearly explain/apply output from advanced statistical analysis (e.g., regression, factor analysis, choice-based research).
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SPSS required.
- An intellectual curiosity and passion for solving client problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a relentless focus on quality measurement and analysis.
- An interest in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
- Respect for all you meet and the ability to excel in a team-based environment.
