Our values are used to evaluate new candidates in our interviewing process, as well as to form key criteria for performance evaluations of all our employees. Our clients are asked after each project (or yearly for our tracking projects) for feedback on how well our employees have lived each value.

We measure performance through both business metrics (e.g., goals achieved, revenue managed) and feedback from our clients on their level of engagement.
