Members of our leadership team have dozens of years of experience at leading research firms, including The Gallup Organization, Hewitt and TNS.
Sean McDade, President and CEO
Dr. McDade founded PeopleMetrics in January, 2001 and has been the CEO since the company’s inception. Currently, Sean is responsible for all aspects of PeopleMetrics strategy. He is the original architect of PeopleMetrics cloud-based software platform that is used for customer experience and market research services at the firm.
Sean has over 15 years of experience helping companies transform their customer experience, as well as using measurement and analytics to help solve important business problems. Earlier in his career, Sean spent five years at The Gallup Organization where he was the practice leader of Gallup’s consulting division.
Sean holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing science from Temple University in Philadelphia. He has published eight articles in peer reviewed scholarly journals and has taught over 25 marketing classes. Sean was named a 40 under 40 award recipient of the Philadelphia region in 2006. Sean is an active Angel Investor in the Philadelphia region and is a member of Robin Hood Ventures.
In his spare time, Sean enjoys running (including four marathons and too many half marathons to count), cooking, spending time with his wife and playing with his sons Benjamin and Henry.
Kate Feather, Executive VP
Kate Feather leads the customer experience transformation group at PeopleMetrics. In this role Kate acts as strategic consultant on key accounts such as Christie’s Auction House, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, and Subaru of America. In addition, she leads all Research & Development projects, is a frequent speaker and contributor to publications on topics relating to the customer experience, and has developed and tested the Engagement Models that heavily inform our research.
Kate’s career in market research began in 1993. She has held research, consulting, and leadership positions in both the U.K. and U.S. Kate holds an MSc in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a BA (Hons.) in Psychology from Durham University in the U.K.
Outside of the office, her free time consists of entertaining her three children, Nat, Toby and Josie; and assisting her husband, Dom, with his video production business, making films and documentaries.
Gary White, Executive VP
Gary leads the custom market research division at PeopleMetrics. He has more than 20 years of experience designing and conducting custom market research in client and service provider settings across multiple industries. For the past 10 years, his focus has been primarily on the Healthcare industry, from emerging biotech to traditional big pharma.
Gary is passionate about designing custom research solutions that solve specific client problems. He brings deep expertise in quantitative study design and advance analytical methods to PeopleMetrics. By maintaining an unrelenting focus on the application of research insights to business decision making, Gary ensures that our clients receive unparalleled value for their market research research investment.
Gary received his MA in Applied Social Research from the University of Michigan and his BA in Sociology from Arizona State University.
Syd Weinstein, CTO and Executive VP
Sydney S. Weinstein brings over 25 years of technology and IT experience as a senior IT executive and strategist with the entrepreneurial experience necessary to grow companies. He was formally the CTO of SevenEcho, LLC, CIO for Patron Solutions, LP (A Comcast-Spectacor Company) and the founder of Datacomp Systems, Inc. and Myxa Corporation. With over 30 years experience in the IT field, he has helped start-ups and mid-sized companies develop IT strategies, architect products, and build manageable datacenters and global networks.
Syd was a pioneer in network security, firewall design and development, and business to business e-commerce. Along the way he has assisted Primavera Systems, CDNOW, Inside-the-Web, Looksmart, Half.com, Planalytics (Weatherplanner), Lenox, The Philadelphia Stock Exchange, and many others.
Syd is an adjunct associate professor at Villanova University. He has written on Networking, Security, Software Development and Systems Administration and holds a green belt certification in Six Sigma. He is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group and the Society for Information Management.
Frank Rowe, Executive VP
Frank joined PeopleMetrics in 2006 and brings over 20 years of marketing, strategic consulting, business development, and entrepreneurial experience in the professional services and healthcare industries to PeopleMetrics. Frank is responsible for overseeing and coordinating PeopleMetrics marketing and business development activities. He also serves as the strategic lead for a number of PeopleMetrics clients. His experience as an accomplished entrepreneur with a diverse background helps shape PeopleMetrics long-range business strategy and growth.
Prior to joining PeopleMetrics, Frank served as Vice President of Language Services Associates (LSA), where he played a central role in leading the company to double digit revenue growth. He also created and successfully launched LSA Consulting, a service leveraging the company’s core capabilities to help its commercial customers respond to business opportunities within the growing multi-ethnic market in the US.
Before LSA, Frank was Managing Director of Falcon Capital Partners, an investment banking and strategic advisory firm serving the healthcare, business services and technology industries. As an original partner with the firm, Frank worked on deals with transaction values of $5m to $20m, including a merger of his own technology transfer firm, Cadence Technology Group, which he founded in 2001. From 1994 to 2001, Frank held a variety of management roles at Public Health Management Corporation, where he oversaw health services programs and worked closely with the executive management team.
Andy Kutufaris, Controller
Andy serves as Controller at PeopleMetrics, responsible for day-to-day financial operations and providing support to the PeopleMetrics staff.
Prior to joining PeopleMetrics, Andy spent 12 years with Marriott International in a number of finance positions. In these roles he developed expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and internal control in a strong customer service oriented environment. Andy was instrumental in improving operational efficiencies and financial controls at several Marriott properties in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area, served on numerous client advisory teams, and helped to institute best practices across the brand to enhance both client and vendor interactions with the finance department. As a member of the executive management team, Andy established himself to be a complimentary resource to his operational partners, providing direction that balanced financial discipline with customer experience and the long term strategies of the company.
Andy received his BS in Accounting from Neumann University in Aston, Pennsylvania. He resides in suburban Philadelphia with his wife Bernadette and their three sons Benjamin, Nathan and Jason.
