Online Focus Groups

  • A threaded, online, asynchronous discussion over a period of two to three days
  • eFocus™ is accessible worldwide to any participant with Internet access with qualitative insights available in as little as one week
  • Participation is completely anonymous - each participant is assigned a codename to hide his/her identity
  • The quality of the qualitative feedback is superior to traditional focus groups as employees are free to share their honest opinions about the issues at hand
  • Each group, which may include up to 25 participants, is actively moderated by a PeopleMetrics research professional
  • Minimizes some of the less appealing aspects of traditional focus groups, such as group think and participant monopolization
  • Members access real-time feedback through a password protected and customized extranet site
  • Transcripts are downloadable into Microsoft Word
  • All feedback is protected through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and additional security is available through an IP assigning procedure
