Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer:

PeopleMetrics is growing and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Philadelphia!

The Full Stack Developer will be an integral part of a dedicated small team of engineers developing a Software As A Service (SaaS) platform.

PeopleMetrics collects customer and patient experience feedback via intelligent surveying and gets it back into the hands of our clients in the form of meaningful analytics and insights.

You will help optimize and expand our feature set as we continue grow and manage more clients and data. Your voice and expertise will help steer our product.

This is a full time, on site position.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a part of new feature development and use your unique skills to help shape our platform and roadmap

  • Take charge of issues that arise, inherit an "I got this" attitude

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 5+ years of experience as a professional developer

  • Worked on an engineering team and is familiar with what that entails

  • Loves writing great code and understands the imperfect balance between doing it right and getting it done

  • Believes in their work and wants to see the value they bring have a real world impact on the product

  • Working knowledge of a modern javascript framework

  • Does not shy away from the chance to learn new things and apply that knowledge when it is deemed necessary

  • Extensive experience building software with NodeJS, AngularJS, Python, Django Web Framework, and/or the Celery Distributed Task Queue

  • Experience with AWS
