The goal of the Market Development Specialist is to engage with prospects & drive qualified accounts into the PeopleMetrics sales pipeline and close new business. The Market Development Specialist will conduct research on target companies & contacts, execute personalized outreach to prospects, attend events, and engage with prospects via all available channels.
The Market Development Specialist will be responsible for building strong relationships with all levels of key prospect account stakeholders, including senior executives & key influencers.
A successful candidate for this role brings prior experience in the sales process and a keen ability to make connections with prospects, as well as a demonstrated history of closing new business.
