We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the Sales team with engaging prospects & driving qualified accounts into the PeopleMetrics sales pipeline to close new business.
Conduct research on target companies & contacts; build an outreach list
Execute personalized outreach; engage with prospects via all available channels; nurture prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle
Attend industry events; utilize these as a channel to drive new business
Build strong relationships with all levels of key prospect stakeholders, including senior executives & key influencers
Attend internal and external meetings; assist in all facets of the sales process as needed
1-3 yrs. of sales experience
Motivated by making new connections and closing new business
Comfortable making cold outreach attempts and persistent with prospect follow-ups
Familiar with online surveys and/or other feedback measurement processes
Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
Resilient, flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
Knowledgeable about the Healthcare industry
Familiarity with selling SaaS products
