Are you interested in a job where you will truly make a difference?

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to help test and release our existing proprietary survey engine and online reporting suite. You will be working on documentation, test methodology, testing, and release of our in-house platform for customer experience management. You will also help our applications team design ways to test client implementations. You’ll interact with our operations and research teams to understand client requirements and work with and mentor our engineering staff.

This QA position requires a passion about user interfaces and a bug free user experience, strong communications skills, and a desire to learn and work hard. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in testing methodologies, knowledge of web application testing tools, knowledge of SQL, and a detail-oriented outlook.

Job Requirements

Do you have…

  • At least 3 years software QA experience;
  • At least 2 years experience testing web applications;
  • Knowledge of automated web and .NET testing tools;
  • At least 1 year experience with SQL;
  • Experience in release management;
  • Experience with Microsoft IIS 7.5, Windows Server 2008, and SQL Server 2008;
  • A desire to learn and make a difference;
  • The ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects at a time;
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently;
  • The ability to communicate ideas and complex information effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • Excellent attention to detail and a relentless focus on quality output; and
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment?
