About Rich
Rich is a veteran brand geek with 18 years of experience in agency-side research and planning, leading hundreds of strategic brand, marketing and innovation assignments along the way. He is a left-right brain researcher with expertise in custom quantitative research, connected data, mixed-method approaches, advanced analytics and storytelling. He previously co-led the quant business at Hall & Partners NYC and stood up a successful integrative quant offering within the qualitative consultancy, Firefish. His work focuses on understanding people, their experiences and communities and how they connect to brands, with an emphasis on making insights more influential for clients in rapidly changing industries. He has poured himself into a range of global clients spanning tech, travel, CPG, food, alcohol, financial services, education, footwear & apparel, sports, media, non-profits and many more. He is a doting girl-dad, an OG sneakerhead and is generally obsessed with anything worthy of deep, nuanced exploration.
