I am thrilled to announce that PeopleMetrics has acquired The Melior Group (www.meliorgroup.com). The Melior Group provides market research services, both qualitative and quantitative, across many industries, including healthcare and insurance where PeopleMetrics already has a strong presence. Additionally, they bring new industry expertise to PeopleMetrics, including education, non-profit, tourism and government. The Melior Group focuses on asking the right questions of the right audiences to tell stories that are vivid, clear, and most importantly, actionable. With five senior market research professionals, The Melior Group shines when it comes to project design, analysis, sharing insights and delivering results that inform strategic decisions.

The Melior Group will immediately enhance our advisory services, particularly around study design and providing strategic recommendations. They are expert research professionals, story tellers and providers of strategic insights. In a world where data is abundant and making sense of that data is a challenge, the Melior team fills that void. Their unique ability will help both our customer experience and market research clients. And, as we continue to see the convergence of CX and Market Research, The Melior Group’s research expertise and strategic insights will become even more important for our clients as they work to create better experiences for their customers.
