Atlantic Cape Community College's Brand Perception

Challenge
Atlantic Cape Community College wanted to better understand its place in the market, as well as the overall sentiment of the market and what I could offer today's traditional and non-traditional students.
Approach
PeopleMetrics conducted a multi-phased research project to learn perceptions of ACCC, how it is seen and valued against its competitors, and how marketing, branding, and communications can best showcase all that the College has to offer.
Outcome
Through our survey, Atlantic Cape emerged with new programs and new ways of delivering education.
The feedback also influenced Atlantic Cape's brand and marketing approaches, collecting updated information about how both internal and external stakeholders perceive the College and using it in its messaging, highlighting the areas that were seen as most positive in during the research.
