Kean University Builds Prospective Student Interest

Challenge
Kean University wanted to be seen as an affordable, comprehensive, world-class university, accessible to all desiring college in New Jersey.
Approach
Through a mix of quantitative and qualitative research methods, PeopleMetrics explored Kean's brand reputation and image among various constituencies, including faculty, staff, prospective college students, current college students, students accepted by Kean that did not attend, and residents of New Jersey.
Outcome
Our research helped Kean determine which aspects of its reputation resonate best with each audience and where Kean might fit into consideration for prospective undergraduate and graduate students.
Using these results, Kean was able to develop new messaging and outreach strategies, helping them build prospect interest through multiple channels.
