UConn's Reputation Outside of Basketball

Challenge
University of Connecticut is known for its incredible basketball program, but they also knew they had so much more to offer than just basketball.
UConn was interested in how they were perceived outside of basketball, including its strengths beyond the sport and its challenges.
Approach
PeopleMetrics designed a survey to be distributed to University leadership, alumni, faculty, high value donors, target market students, and employers to gather feedback about UConn's reputation outside of basketball.
Outcome
Using our findings, UConn implemented a new campaign to focus on the areas that were determined to have opportunities for growth.
This new campaign incorporated videos for broadcast in and out of state, social media, and new verbiage and signage to grow awareness for UConn's other offerings.
