Referral Partner- You want to refer us a warm lead where you have a relationship and you have identified their interest in Customer Experience Management platform. You get us introduced and we manage the sales process.
Reseller- You want to jointly sell the solution with our help on solution creation and product demonstrations. You manage the commercial elements and the contractual process.
Certified Partner- You want to manage the entire sales process which includes the marketing, prospecting, lead generation, sales execution and contracting process. You have pre-sales engineers that manage the scoping of solutions and the product presentations and demonstrations.
