As a Marketing Manager, you will collaborate across the organization to create compelling content that supports our brand. The primary goals of this role are to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.

Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts. This position is ideal for a creative and organized individual with 1-3 years of experience in marketing, who is passionate about social media, content creation, and leveraging technology to optimize marketing strategies.

 Key Responsibilities

List Management:
  • Maintain and update contact lists and Hubspot databases for content distribution and new marketing campaigns
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations
Marketing Campaign Generation:
  • Target specific audiences for email campaigns to introduce PeopleMetrics solutions
  • Create communications, send emails, coordinate meetings from interested prospects
Content Generation:
  • Create compelling content (written, video) for various platforms including blogs, social media, and newsletters
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content
Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns
Web Site Analytics:
  • Track and monitor web site traffic, including the most impactful marketing content produced
  • Report to leadership team each week on web site analytics, including changes from previous week
SEO and Paid Search:
  • Identify and track key words for organic search
  • Identify and manage paid search campaigns on Google and other platforms
Content Calendar Management:
  • Plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content with overall marketing strategy
Conference Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, and other events
  • Handle logistics, registration, and promotional activities related to events

Skills and Qualifications

  • Technically Savvy:
    • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot, MailChimp).
    • Comfortable with data analysis and using technology to improve marketing efforts.
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new marketing technologies and tools.
    • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Experience with AI:
    • Familiarity with AI applications in marketing is a plus.
    • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign optimization.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the customer experience or market research industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
