Kate Feather | Executive Vice President
Kate Feather leads PeopleMetrics Client Services team. In addition to playing the role of strategic consultant on a number of key accounts, Kate also has overall responsibility for Marketing and R&D at PeopleMetrics. She is a frequent speaker and contributor to publications related to Employee and Customer engagement. Kate has developed and tested our Engagement Models, which identify the rational and emotional drivers of desired customer and employee behaviors. She leads our research efforts into the links between these behaviors and business outcomes.
Kate has extensive experience in customer and employee engagement research and strategy development. She joined PeopleMetrics from Hewitt Associates where she was a senior consultant in the Employee Engagement group. Kate began her career in market research in 1993 in the United Kingdom partnering with hospitality, financial services, and technology companies on their customer and employee satisfaction programs. She has held research, consulting and leadership positions in both the UK and US.
Kate holds an MSc in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a BA (Hons.) in Psychology from Durham University in the U.K. Outside of the office, her free time consists of entertaining her three children, Nat, Toby and Josie, and assisting her husband, Dom, with his video production business, making films and documentaries.
